Recently I have found myself in an environment that has been unsupportive and challeninging on many fronts.  At first it looked promising and it was exactly what I needed.  Fast forward over the weeks and things started to take a turn for the worse.  It was almost unrecognisable from the start like a tornado had come through and destroyed everything.  My rose coloured glasses had disappeared and I could see things for what they really were.  

There is a real art to navigating life's challenges with grace and strength.  Whilst I am not perfect I know it takes going on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment, where you can take a challenging situation and propel yourself towards personal growth, resilience and wellbeing.
